  MISSION SONOMA VILLAS

Designed to capture the essence of carefree living, the distinctive residences of the Mission Sonoma Villas offer spacious two- and three-bedroom floor plans that echo an airy Florida lifestyle. Stroll over to the resort for dinner or stargaze right in your own backyard. The possibilities are endless when your vacation lasts a lifetime. An exquisite choice for a second home or primary residence, the villas of Mission Sonoma are ideal for extended getaways, by the week or by the month, with family and friends.

Occupancy
A maximum of two adults and one child (12 and under) per bedroom. All Mission Sonoma Villas are non-smoking.

Maid Service
A $65 per villa fee is charged at check-out. Additional service is also available at $45 per cleaning.

Membership
If you are staying in a villa for more than one month, an optional golf membership is available. Call Mission Inn Real Estate at (800) 916-9091 or (352) 324-2086 for details on the membership programs designed for our extended stay villa guests.

Security Deposit
Due within ten days of verbal booking.
Weekly rentals: $250. Monthly rentals: $500.

Payment
Rent, tax, and departure cleaning fees are due in full 60 days prior to arrival or 90 days in advance for January, February, and March rentals.

Cancellations
Full refund with required advance notice. January-March: 90 days advance notice required. April-December: 30 days advance notice required.
