    LOTS of milk….2 gallons at all times, bacon, homemade soup and Pepsi
    What advice would you give to an aspiring chef? 

    Do it because you love it


    What do you like to do when you’re not cooking?

    Restore cars, play the guitar & paint


    Does your wife ever cook for you? 

    Yes she cooks the food I like to eat!


    Is there anything that you cook that is guaranteed to get you out of the doghouse?

    Clam Chowder or Lobster Bisque
