Audio Visual Services
A full choice of A/V equipment is available including our state-of-the-art 7.5’ x 10’ rear screen projection system, overhead projectors, 35mm and video projectors, VCRs and monitors, portable sound systems, speakerphones and LCD panels. Mission Inn’s in-house audio/visual company is Image Technical Services. Clients can be contacted directly by the Mission Inn representative regarding all A/V needs.

Business Center
Fully-staffed to provide fax, copying, typing, overhead transparencies, and other
administrative services. On-site computers feature Windows operating systems with laser printers. Most guest accommodations are equipped with data ports for personal computer hook-ups. Modem facility available. Notary Public is also available on-site.

Food and Beverage Staff
Our professional team will help you plan a special event ranging from a casual
poolside barbecue to an elegant seven-course gourmet dinner. Popular theme
parties, featuring festive menus, decorations, music and entertainment, will make
your meeting even more memorable.

Conference Services
Our Conference Service Managers will handle all of the details of your event, including meeting arrangements, recreation, on- and off-property activities, and more.

Meeting materials may be shipped to Mission Inn one week prior to scheduled meeting dates.
