Accommodations
Our deluxe guest rooms, club suites, and one and two-bedroom penthouse suites offer unique amenities with golf, tennis or garden views. In-room personal comforts include in-room safe, hair dryer, coffee machine, ironing supplies, high speed internet access and dataport. Monday through Friday complimentary newspapers are available.  All guest rooms (except villas) have an in-room music and movie system.  For your convenience, express check-out is available.  Rollaway beds are $10 each per night. There is no charge for use of cribs. Handicap-accessible rooms and special requests are subject to availability.  All guest rooms are non-smoking (please see our non-smoking policy).

Airport Transportation
Transportation to and from the Orlando International Airport and area attractions is available by advance reservation. 48 hours advance notice required. Please contact Reservations 800-874-9053 for complete details.

Attire
Casual business and vacation attire is generally worn throughout the resort, in our restaurants, La Hacienda and Nicker’s, and in our clubhouse lounge, Champions. Resort casual (no shorts or tee-shirts) to elegant attire is worn at night in El Conquistador and La Margarita Lounge (jackets are suggested).

Deposits
A room deposit equal to one night’s lodging plus tax is required to guarantee your reservation. Credit card deposits are taken at time of booking. The deposit is refunded when written or faxed cancellations are received 15 days prior to the arrival date.

110 volts/220 volts.

Family Policy
There is no room charge for up to three children under 16 years old sharing the same room as parents. Be sure to ask about our junior golf and tennis programs and special summer and holiday activities.

Gift Certificates
For holidays, special occasions, a way of saying “thank you,” or simply “I’m thinking of you.” Resort gift certificates are available for recreation, dining, gifts and apparel, Sunday Brunch, a resort cruise, lodging, package plan getaways, a lesson or round of golf. There’s something for everyone at Mission Inn and gift certificates are available in any amount you desire!

Gratuities
Gratuities for service are not included unless specified.  15% is suggested and appreciated on individual food and beverage purchases. 18% is automatically charged on group food and beverage service.

Note
All prices and inclusions are subject to change without notice. We’re sorry, but credits are not given for unused package inclusions. Single occupancy, non-sportsman and upgraded accommodation rates are available upon request.

Pet Policy
Unfortunately, a no pet policy is strictly enforced throughout our resort.

Smoking Policy
Our property has adopted an indoor smoking ban that includes all guest rooms, restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms, and public spaces.

Tax
Current taxes are 6% Florida State sales tax and 1% Lake County sales tax. An additional 4% Lake County resort tax is applicable to lodging only. All rates featured on this site are plus applicable tax.
