POLICIES AND INFORMATION

Attire- Casual business and vacation attire is generally worn throughout the resort, in our restaurants, La Hacienda and Nicker’s, and in our clubhouse lounge, Champions. Resort casual (no shorts or tee shirts) to elegant attire is worn at night in El Conquistador Restaurants and La Margarita Lounge.

Airport Transportation – Transportation to and from the Orlando International Airport and area attractions is available by advance reservation. Please call Reservations for further details at 1-800-874-9053.

Check-In Time – After 4 pm. Check-out Time is 12 noon.

Currency – Rates are quoted and payable in U.S. currency only.

Deposits – A room deposit equal to one night’s lodging plus tax is required to guarantee your reservation. Credit card deposits are taken at time of booking. The deposit is refunded when written or faxed cancellations are received 15 days prior to arrival date.

Family Policy – There is no room charge for up to three children under 16 years old sharing the same room as parent. Be sure to ask about our junior gold and tennis programs and special summer and holiday activities.

Gift Certificates – For holidays, special occasions, a way of saying thank you or simply, I’m thinking of you. Resort gift certificates are available for recreation, dining, gifts and apparel, Sunday Brunch, a resort cruise, lodging, package plan getaways, a lesson or a round of golf. There’s something for everyone at Mission inn and gift certificates are available in the amount you desire.

Golf Groups – Special group discounts and incentives begin with just 10 rooms per night. For group rates and information please contact our sales department at 1-800-523-2289.

Golf Academy – Come and improve your golf game with teaching methods that are headed straight for the pin. For golf academy information call Reservations at 1-800-874-9053.

Gratuities – Gratuities for service are not included unless specified.

Groups, Meetings and Banquets – Our spectacular facilities include more than 30,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor locations for group functions. To inquire about conferences, weddings, reunions, company lakeside picnics, banquets, theme parties, team building and more, please call our sales department at 1-800-523-2289.

Marina del Rey – Did you know that you can navigate from Lake Harris and our 52-slip marina to the Atlantic Ocean by water? Our rental fleet includes bass boats, pontoon boats, speed boats and a sleep 38-foot Chris Craft. Our climate-controlled lakeside pavilion, sand volleyball court and nature walk, are ideal for casual private parties, picnics and barbecues.

Non-Smoking Policy – Our property has adopted an indoor smoking ban that includes all guest rooms, restaurants, lounges, meeting rooms, and public space.  Enjoy your non-smoking room.  A $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in guest rooms.

Note – All prices and inclusions are subject to change without notice. We’re sorry, but credits are not given for unused package inclusions. Single occupancy, non-sportsman and upgraded accommodation rates are available upon request.

Pet Policy – A no pet policy is strictly enforced throughout the resort.

Restaurants and Lounges – Dining is the consummate time for gatherings. Our talented chefs prepare the finest cuisine in each of our three delightful restaurants. While the sun is shining, refreshing beverages and snacks are served poolside at La Chiquita Cabana. And, for those playing golf, beverage carts with snacks roam the two courses daily.

Shopping – For fine gifts, apparel, collectibles and resort logo items be sure to visit La Piñata Gift and Apparel Shop in the Plaza de la Fontana. Our traditional golf and tennis pro shops offer unique selections in the finest sporting goods and attire.
