Four of the Chicago Bears 1985 football team will be here to talk football, demonstrate the “Super Bowl Shuffle” and sign autographs. “This is an opportunity for all the kids of Lake County to see NFL players as role models that have become successful businessmen after their professional football careers are over. It shows the kids what can be accomplished by getting a good education, working hard and keeping the determination to be successful in their hearts, and minds,” says Williams.
“We are delighted that the Mission Inn is partnering with Paul for this exciting event,” says Bud Beucher, Vice-president of Mission Inn Resort and Club. “Every kid should have the opportunity to meet successful people to inspire them as to what they can accomplish with a set of goals and hard work."
About Paul Williams Paul Williams, a graduate of University of Wisconsin, has enjoyed a lifelong relationship with the All Pro Hall of Fame NFL player Willie Davis. Through his dedication to community services such has Habitat for Humanity, Mt. Dora Rotary, L.P. Richards Family Literacy Inc., Impacting Word Student Mentoring Program and Second Chance, Ice House Theatre, New Beginnings and the Diabetes Community Education Program, Paul has worked diligently over the years to help pass this sentiment onto our youth.
