HOWEY-IN-THE-HILLS, FL – The Mission Inn Resort & Club hosts boys and girls ages 8 to 18 on the resort’s two award-winning courses for the prestigious Florida Junior Boys’ and Girls’ Invitational Championship, June 30 - July 2, 2010. Junior golfers from around the world will take on the “El Campeon” and “Las Colinas” courses for one of the finest junior golf competitions in the world.

The event is played on both courses and is ranked by the Junior Golf Scoreboard.

The Invitational is a three-day, 54-hole stroke play tournament. Top PGA and LPGA Tour Pros including Chris DeMarco, David Love III, Mark Calcavecchia, Bob Tway, Lee Janzen and Michelle McGann are former competitors in the Invitational.

This year’s event is also sponsored by the Gary Gilchrist Golf Academy. This year-long junior golf academy attracts students from all over the world to train at the highest level and achieve peak performance.
